+ We will NOT replace your decal free of charge due to improper application. We provide proper decal application instructions in your package and they should be followed in their entirety to help guarantee proper placement, but please get in touch with us if any issues arise so we can better understand the situation.   
+ Decals will not stick to cloth, textured/rough surfaces, un-sanded/rough wood, silicone/silicone coated surfaces, etc. 
+ If applying decal to a tumbler or cup, please do not microwave or place in dishwasher to extend the life of the design.
